Ine Town as a Fisherman Town
Ine Town, which has prospered as a fisherman town since the Edo period, has three fishing ports such as Ine, Arai, and Kamanyu.
There are multiple fishing methods, including large set net fishing, individual aquaculture, longline fishing, and gillnet fishing.
The large set net fishery boasts the highest catch among them! (* A fishery where a large net is installed to catch the fish that came in. The net is a large-scale fishery with a width of about 60 meters and a length of about 270 meters.)
This large regular net ship Every morning, we depart from the Ine fishing port at sunrise. After that, the town will come to life when the fishing boats that have finished their operations return to the Ine fishing port around 7-8 in the early morning (* depending on the season).
